My Story

Alex comes to CTI after spending 3 years in the corporate business world, 2 years at train 4 your best, and 7 years with the Jirschele baseball academy.  Alex graduated from the university of Wisconsin-stevens point where he played baseball for 4 years as well as spending some time on the coaching staff at UWSP.  Tarras is certified in applied functional science (CAFS), as well as functional soft tissue transformation (fstt).  



Alex has a background in training youth to college level athletes. He focuses on athletic performance, movement recovery, and baseball specific training.  after spending his whole baseball career as a catcher, he brings a passion to coach and train the position for both baseball and softball athletes.  Tarras has spent time doing 1-1, small and large group training and looks forward to continuing his training at CTI! 



In Tarras's' free time he enjoys spending time with his family(Kayla, Jack, and Teague), skiing and snowboarding in the winter, as well as working out and walking with his dog Rafi!
