Director Of Sports Performance

Alex comes to CTI after spending 3 years in the corporate business world, 2 years at train 4 your best, and 7 years with the Jirschele baseball academy.  Alex graduated from the university of Wisconsin-stevens point where he played baseball for 4 years as well as spending some time on the coaching staff at UWSP.  Tarras is certified in applied functional science (CAFS), as well as functional soft tissue transformation (fstt).   ​ Alex has a background in training youth to college level athletes. He focuses on athletic performance, movement recovery, and baseball specific training.  after spending his whole baseball career as a catcher, he brings a passion to coach and train the position for both baseball and softball athletes.  Tarras has spent time doing 1-1, small and large group training and looks forward to continuing his training at CTI!  ​ In Tarras's' free time he enjoys spending time with his family(Kayla, Jack, and Teague), skiing and snowboarding in the winter, as well as working out and walking with his dog Rafi!
