My Story

Lee comes to CTI with 20 years of kitchen experience. After graduating high school from Ashland Wisconsin, he embarked on a culinary mission in Eau Claire. Working as a dietary director in healthcare as well as fine dining in the area for over 10 years. In 2017 Lee relocated to the Wausau area to own/operate his own restaurants. Most recently Lee was Employed with Performance Foodservice as a Corporate Chef. Lee is extremely passionate about food, nutrition, and hospitality and can’t wait to serve you. 


Outside of work Lee enjoys cooking, foraging, camping, motorsports, and spending time with family.
