Summer Sports Performance Camps
CTI will be hosting our third annual Summer Sports Performance camps! These summer-long camps will focus on general athletic performance training. Sessions will focus on flexibility, stability, strength, speed, agility, power, and explosion that translate to all sports! We will do pre and post camp testing to track progress throughout the summer! Camps will be lead by Director of Athletic Performance, Alex Tarras.
